2. Graphic Design & Visual Elements
- Create high-quality static and animated graphic assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Align all designs with T3’s branding guidelines, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across various platforms.
3. Collaborative Production Support
- Collaborate with the Video & SFX Senior Intern and other team members to integrate motion graphics into video projects as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and creative strategies.
4. Optional Video Editing
- While not the primary focus, familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus for minor editing tasks or to ensure smooth integration of motion graphics.
- Assist with short edits, color corrections, or audio tweaks, as needed.
5. Organization & File Management
- Maintain a well-structured file system for all graphic and motion assets, ensuring efficient retrieval and workflow.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
- Handle last-minute revisions and feedback gracefully.
- Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment that may require quick turnarounds.
Qualifications

Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required).
- Experience with motion graphics/animation in After Effects (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro (helpful but not required).
